Why would I hire a company to help with the disconnect/reconnect of my technology?

When an organization relocates staff or even the entire facility it is a major stress and negative impact to the day-to-day business of the organization. It affects all areas of the business and adds stress to an already lean organization.

Most organizations have IT support that is already challenged to handle the normal day-to-day requests and a move adds to that stress.

How long will it take to perform the disconnect and reconnect services?

InnerVision typically plans a 4 hour window for the disconnect service. In many cases this is planned for after-hours on Friday.

In many of the relocation projects we have worked on the movers begin to unload at the new location on Saturday morning. InnerVision typically plans a 6 hour window to complete the reconnection service.


What if I already have an IT staff?

When an organization has an IT staff already in place InnerVision can assist the IT staff by handling the Desktop and/or Server Room Relocation services, allowing your IT staff to focus on the application and business support your organization needs to get back on track in your new location.

Most of InnerVision’s projects do have internal IT staff. Having InnerVision as part of the project will allow your IT staff to focus on the most important aspects of the project.
